Providing space and opportunity for accepted participants, dancers participating in the Apprentice Program receive inclusive intensive training in contemporary technique with the company’s Artistic Director, Amber Funk Barton, and perform with the company. The 2017 Installment of the Apprentice Program resulted in paid apprenticeships and performance with the response. for WorkSpace III, a full length production at the Shadbolt Centre for the Arts that also featured work by guest choreographer Heather Laura Gray.
